摘  要:目的了解辽宁省大洼区植物资源状况,探讨基原植物光照生境与中药药性、中药功效的关系,分析是否可运用中医药理论指导下的“光照-寒热药性”假说,指导中药材规范化种植。方法采用样地调查方法,对辽宁省大洼区植物资源进行调查,依据《中国植物志》和相关文献,并结合实地调查结果确定基原植物光照生境。将基原植物光照生境与中药材的四气、五味、功效进行相关性分析。结果辽宁省大洼区分布的植物资源304种,《中华人民共和国药典》收录药材品种95种。药材四气与其基原植物光照生境呈显著相关,药材甘、辛味与其基原植物光照生境相关,利水渗湿药与其基原植物光照生境显著相关。结论可运用“光照-寒热药性”假说,指导辽宁省大洼区中药材规范化种植。Objective To understand the situation of plant resources in Dawa district of Liaoning province,to explore the relationship between light habitat of the original plants and the properties and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to analyze whether the“light-cold and heat property”hypothesis under the guidance of theory of TCM can be applied,to guide the standardized cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials.Methods The method of sample plot was adopted to investigate the reserves of medicinal plants in Dawa district of Liaoning province.Refer to Flora of China,related literatures and results of field survey to determine plant light habitat.The correlation between the light habitat of the original plant and the four nature,five flavors and efficacy of Chinese medicinal materials was analyzed.Results There were 304 species of plant resources in Dawa district of Liaoning province,and 95 species of medicinal materials in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China.The four nature of medicinal materials were significantly correlated with the light habitats of the original plants,the sweet and pungent flavors of medicinal materials were correlated with plant light habitats of the original plants,and the traditional Chinese medicine for water-disinhibiting damp-percolating were significantly correlated with plant light habitat.Conclusion The“light-cold and heat property”hypothesis can be used to guide the standardized cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials in Dawa district of Liaoning province.
