刺络拔罐为主治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价刺络拔罐为主治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效性与安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、EMbase和Cochrane Library数据库,根据中英文检索词,检索近10年来刺络拔罐为主治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的随机对照试验,使用Rev Man 5.3软件对收集的数据处理并进行Meta分析。结果纳入17篇随机对照试验共1202例患者,Meta分析结果提示,总有效率方面对比,OR=4.36,95%CI(3.05,6.23),P<0.00001;视觉模拟评分法(VAS)方面对比,WMD=-1.11,95%CI(-1.32,-0.91),P<0.00001;匹兹堡睡眠质量评分(PSQI)方面对比,WMD=-2.42,95%CI(-2.87,-1.96),P<0.00001。结论就目前国内文献报道可知,刺络拔罐为主治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛在总有效率、VAS评分、PSQI评分方面优于西药治疗。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of mainly treated with pricking blood and cupping in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods According to the key words in both English and Chinese,we collected randomized controlled trials about treatment of postherpetic neuralgia mainly by pricking blood and cupping therapy(published from June of 2010 to June of 2020)from databases of CNKI,WanFang,VIP,Chinese Biomedical Document Service System(SinoMed),PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Meta analysis were performed by using Rev Man 5.3software.Results A total of 1202 patients were included in 17 randomized controlled trials.Meta-analysis results showed that the total therapeutic efficacy was OR=4.36,95%CI(3.05,6.23),P<0.00001.Visual simulation scoring(VAS)was WMD=-1.11,95%CI(-1.32,-0.91),P<0.00001;Pittsburgh Sleep quality Score(PSQI),WMD=-2.42,95%CI(-2.87,-1.96),P<0.00001.Conclusion According to the current domestic literature,mainly treated with pricking blood and cupping is superior to Western medicine in the total therapeutic efficacy,VAS score and PSQI score.
