数字经济发展对农村居民服务消费影响的实证

摘　　要：文章基于2013—2020年的省级面板数据,从总体影响和消费类别、区域、消费水平的异质性影响这两个角度,实证检验我国数字经济发展对农村居民服务消费的影响。研究结果表明,数字经济发展能够显著促进中国农村居民的服务消费,稳健性检验后结论依然成立。从服务消费类别来看,数字经济发展对医疗保健消费的影响最大,交通通信消费次之,对教育文化娱乐消费影响最小。从区域差异来看,东、中、西三大地区的数字经济发展对服务消费都具有显著的正向影响,其中,东部地区数字经济发展对医疗保健消费影响最大,中部地区数字经济发展对教育文化娱乐消费影响最大,西部地区数字经济发展则对交通通信消费影响最大。从服务消费水平差异来看,在整体服务消费支出层面,数字经济发展对中消费水平影响最大,在分类服务消费支出层面,数字经济发展对低消费水平的影响效应最大。This paper is based on the provincial panel data from 2013 to 2020 to empirically test the impact of China’s digital economy development on rural residents’service consumption from two perspectives:the overall impact and the heterogeneous impact of consumption category,region and consumption level.The results show that the development of digital economy can significantly promote the service consumption of rural residents in China,and that the conclusion still holds after the robustness test.From the perspective of service consumption category,the development of digital economy has the greatest impact on medical and health care consumption,followed by transportation and communication consumption,and has the least impact on education,culture and entertainment consumption.From the perspective of regional differences,the development of digital economy in the east,central and western regions has a significant positive impact on service consumption,among which the development of digital economy in the east region has the greatest impact on medical and health care consumption,in the central region the greatest impact on education,culture and entertainment consumption,and in the western region the greatest impact on transportation and communication consumption.From the difference of service consumption level,in terms of overall service consumption expenditure,the development of digital economy has the greatest impact on the medium-level service consumption group;In the level of classified service consumption expenditure,the digital economy development has the greatest impact on the low-level service consumption group.
