摘  要:创新是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑,提升创新要素配置效率是现代化经济体系建设的重要任务。文章基于超效率SBM模型统计测度了2011—2020年长江经济带现代化经济体系建设中创新要素配置效率,并利用Dagum基尼系数和Kernel密度估计揭示了其空间非均衡性及动态演进趋势。研究发现:长江经济带创新要素配置效率呈稳定增长态势,但存在明显的阶段性和区域性特征,梯度效应明显;总体差异呈现波动下降的趋势,区域失衡现象有所缓解;总体离散程度呈缩小趋势,空间集聚效应增强,但始终存在显著的“极化效应”。Innovation is the strategic support of constructing a modern economic system,and improving the allocation efficiency of innovation factor is an important task of constructing a modern economic system.This paper is based on the super efficiency SBM model to statistically measure the allocation efficiency of innovation factor in the construction of modern economic system in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2011 to 2020,and then uses Dagum Gini coefficient and Kernel density estimation to reveal its spatial disequilibrium and dynamic evolution trend.The results go as below:The allocation efficiency of innovation factor in the Yangtze River economic belt shows a steady growth trend,but there are obvious phased and regional characteristics,with obvious gradient effect.The overall difference shows a downward trend with fluctuation,and the regional imbalance has mitigated.The overall dispersion shows a decreasing trend,and the spatial agglomeration effect is enhanced,but there is always a significant“polarization effect”.
