摘 要:相比于传统聚合物分离膜材料,具有大量非对称贯通的微细孔结构的陶瓷膜材料因分离效率高、耐化学腐蚀性强、以及耐高温等优点被广泛应用于液固分离、气固分离、水处理以及节能环保等领域。本文针对陶瓷膜材料的发展,详细介绍了陶瓷膜的材料体系,对比了不同制备方法的优缺点;总结了当前陶瓷膜材料的种类和应用领域,对国内外陶瓷膜的研究现状及现存问题进行了分析,并从市场需求、产业规模、性能提升等方面提出建议,对陶瓷膜产业的发展具有一定的指导意义。Compared with traditional polymer separation membrane materials,ceramic membrane materials with a large number of asymmetric through micro pore structures are widely used in the fields of liquid-solid separation,gas-solid separation,water treatment,energy conservation and environmental protection because of their high separation efficiency,strong chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.Aiming at the development of ceramic membrane materials,the material system of ceramic membrane was introduced minutely and the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods were compared in this paper.Moreover,the paper has summarized the types and application fields of ceramic membrane materials currently,as well as analyzed the research status and existing problems of ceramic membrane both domestic and international.Suggestions were put forward from market demand,industrial scale and performance improvement,which has certain guiding significance for the development of ceramic membrane industry.
