摘　　要：总结1例腹膜透析患者并发迟发性后腹膜渗漏的护理过程。护理要点:多种方式做好腹膜透析患者居家治疗期间的远程护理管理;及时发现透析液渗漏的相关征象,及时有效对症治疗;做好透析液渗漏发生后患者及家属的心理护理,教会其腹膜透析管路居家维护方法,协助做好治疗过渡;给予针对性、持续性的健康指导,积极预防迟发性后腹膜渗漏的发生。停止腹膜透析8周后,患者恢复持续不卧床腹膜透析,未再发生渗漏。To summarize the diagnosis,treatment and nursing care of a patient with peritoneal dialysis complicated with late posterior peritoneal leakage.Nursing key points:multiple ways to do a good peritoneal dialysis patients during home treatment of remote nursing management;timely detection of dialysis fluid leakage related signs,timely and effective symptomatic treatment;providing psychological care for patients and their families after dialysis fluid leakage,teaching home maintenance methods of peritoneal dialysis pipelines,and assisting in the transition of treatment;providing targeted and continuous health guidance,and actively preventing the occurrence of late peritoneal leakage.After 8 weeks,the patient returned to continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis with no further leakage.
