摘 要:随着某气田天然气不断开采,气田产量和压力逐渐下降,气井积液日益严峻,常规的泡排、优化管柱等利用气井自身能量的排采工艺已不能满足水淹气井的排水及复产需求,工艺路线、运行参数逐渐偏离最优状态,出现工艺适应性差、设备负荷率低、能耗上升等问题,气田能耗管理难度逐渐加大,运行成本增加。尤其是气田加热炉运行过程中存在耗气高,效率低等问题突出。通过对气田加热炉提效等节能技术进行研究,提高能量利用率、实现节能提效为气田节能减排、高效开发提供技术保障。With the continuous exploitation of natural gas in gas field,the production and pressure of gas field have gradually decreased and the accumulation in gas well has become increasingly severe.The conventional bubble drainage,optimized pipe string and other drainage processes that use the own energy of the gas well can no longer meet the drainage and the production recovery of water flooded gas well.The process route and operating parameters gradually deviate from the optimal state,resulting in poor process adaptability,low equipment load rate,rising energy consumption and other problems.What’ s more,the difficulty of gas field energy consumption management has gradually increased,which results in increasing the operating costs.In particular,the problems of high gas consumption and low efficiency exist during the operation of heating furnace.Through the research on energy-saving technologies with efficiency improvement of gas field heating furnace,improving utilization rate and realizing the energy-saving efficiency provide technical support for energy conservation,emission reduction and efficient development of gas field.
