摘 要:对国内氢能产业的发展现状进行了分析,认为以可再生能源作为能源,以水电槽作为核心装备的绿氢制备技术,将成为氢能产业下步发展的方向之一。比较了现有的碱性水电解槽、质子交换膜电解槽等几种代表性的电解槽后,针对现有电解槽存在的问题,结合现有的碱性槽和质子交换膜电解槽的优点,开发了一种新的复合电解槽技术,能同时实现低电耗、瞬时响应和高性价比等目标,并将在韶钢氢能产业园建设示范工程,后续将在宝武集团内推广应用。This paper first analyzes the development status of the domestic hydrogen energy industry,and believes that the green hydrogen preparation technology with renewable energy as the energy source and hydropower tank as the core equipment will become one of the directions for the next development of the hydrogen energy industry.Then the existing Alkaline Water Electrolyzer,Proton Exchange Membrane Electrolyzer and other representative types of Electrolyzers were compared,in view of the existing electrolyzer problems,developed a new composite electrolyzer technology,combined with the advantages of the existing alkaline cell and proton exchange membrane electrolyzer,can achieve low power consumption,instantaneous response and cost-effective goals at the same time,and will be built in Shaogang Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park demonstration project,follow-up will be promoted and applied in Baowu Group.
