摘  要:针对稠油采出水的降硬除硅综合调质,以某油田污水处理站净化水为研究对象,利用“化学絮凝沉降+制硅吸附+混凝吸附”技术研发了综合调质反应装置,根据不同的复配药剂组合、加药量、吸附剂浓度及循环量等参数的变化,以装置试验为主,实验室试验为辅,研制了一套针对高温稠油采出水综合调质的处理工艺及工业应用装置。试验研究表明:采用综合调质反应装置后出水含硬≤30 mg/L、含硅≤40 mg/L、悬浮物≤15 mg/L、污泥含油≤2%,吨水达标处理运行费用可控制在3元以内。The purpose of this study is to reduce hardness and remove silicon for comprehensive conditioning of heavy oil produced water.Taking the purified water of an oilfield sewage treatment station as the research object,a comprehensive conditioning reaction device is developed by using the technology of "chemical flocculation and sedimentation + silicon production and adsorption + coagulation and adsorption".According to the changes of different composite reagent combinations,dosage,adsorbent concentration,and circulation volume,a set of treatment processes and industrial application devices for comprehensive conditioning of produced water from high temperature heavy oil have been formed mainly through device test & laboratory test.The experimental research shows that the effluent hardness is less than 30 mg/L,the silicon content is less than 40 mg/L,the suspended solids is less than 15 mg/L,and the oil content of sludge is less than 2% after using the comprehensive conditioning reaction device.The operation cost of standard treatment per ton of water is controlled within 3 yuan.
