摘 要:某金矿为解决生产过程中尾矿处理技术指标不达标的情况,对浓密机进行了高效化改造,重点是增加了一套普罗名特絮凝剂制备系统,实现了浓缩过程的全自动控制。浓密机改造后,降低了溢流水跑浑频率,保证了回水质量,浓密机底流浓度提高了33.3%。同时,可节约尾矿输送费用约221万元/a,企业经济效益显著提升。According to the needs of tailings treatment in the production, a high-efficiency technical transformation was carried out on the ordinary thickener in a gold mine, focusing on the addition of a set of Prominent flocculant preparation system. The reformed thickener not only solves the problem of muddy overflow water, but also improves the return water quality. The underflow concentration of thickener was increased by 33.3%, the tailings transportation cost was reduced by more than 2.21 million yuan, and the economic benefits of the enterprise were significantly improved.
