摘　　要：通过对贵溪冶炼厂熔炼车间一系统有机胺脱硫技术的创新,以及生产过程控制的优化,提高了有机胺脱硫效率,解决了有机胺脱硫技术在火法环集烟气应用中存在含尘高、含酸高、烟气量和烟气SO_(2)浓度波动大、对烟气适应性较差等问题,实现了脱硫尾排超低排放。Through the innovation of organic amine desulfurization technology in the smelting workshop of Guixi Smelter and the optimization of production process control,the efficiency of organic amine desulfurization is improved,and the problems of high dust content,high acid content,large fluctuation of flue gas volume and flue gas SO_(2) concentration,and poor adaptability to flue gas are solved in the application of organic amine desulfurization technology in the flue gas collection of fire ring,and the ultra-low emission of desulfurization tail is realized.
