摘  要:针对氰化金泥湿法冶炼过程中铜、铅脱除效果差,废水处理成本高等问题,进行了提高预浸除杂终点电位、新增热水洗涤氯化渣、焦亚硫酸钠还原废水等试验。试验结果表明:预浸除杂终点电位提高至460mV,铜的脱除率在95%以上;热水洗涤温度控制在90℃,洗涤60min,氯化渣铅含量降低至0.44%;焦亚硫酸钠用量为8.0kg/m^(3)时,废水中的金浓度低于1mg/L。以上试验可以实现贵、贱金属的有效分离,明显改善金、银产品质量。Aiming at the problems of poor removal effect of copper and lead and high cost of wastewater treatment in the hydrometallurgical process of cyanide gold slime, the experiments such as improving the terminal potential of preleaching impurity removal, chlorinated slag washing with hot water and wastewater reducing with sodium metabisulfite were carried out in this study. The results showed that the removal rate of copper was more than 95% when the terminal potential of preleaching was increased to 460mV,the lead content in the chlorinated slag could be reduced to 0.44% by hot water washing at 90℃ for 60min, and the concentration of gold in wastewater was less than 1mg/L with sodium metabisulfite dosage of 8.0kg/m^(3). Through the above technical measures, the effective separation of precious and base metals had been achieved, and the quality of gold and silver products were significantly improved.
