居家老年痴呆病人亲属照料负担和支持需求的质性研究

摘　　要：为提高老年痴呆病人居家照顾者的生活质量,本研究对11例相关照顾者的照顾负担及支持需求进行了质性研究,发现照顾者心理受到严重困扰,其照顾负担由重到轻依次为:时间依赖负担﹥社交负担﹥生理负担﹥发展受限﹥情感性负担,迫切希望获得心理支持和照顾分担,建议从动员家庭内部资源、建立心理干预机制、完善社会服务和养老服务体系、建立居家护理社会支持网络等四个方面为居家照顾者提供心理支持和照顾分担。In order to improve the quality of life of familial caregivers of moderate to severe senile dementia patients, we conducted a qualitative study on the care burden and support needs of 11 related caregivers, and found that the caregivers suffered from serious psychological distress. The care burden from heavy to light was: time-dependent burden > social burden > physiological burden > limited development burden> emotional burden. They were eager to obtain psychological support and burden sharing. It was suggested to provide psychological support and care sharing for familial caregivers from four aspects: mobilizing family internal resources, establishing psychological intervention mechanism, improving social service and pension service system, and establishing home care social support network.
