摘  要:随着通信与传感技术的快速发展,无线医疗传感器网络(WMSN)在现代的医疗体系中得到了快速的普及。然而,由于WMSN中传输的数据大多都是与病人相关的敏感信息。如果这些敏感信息不能得到妥善保护,将造成病人的隐私泄露或病理数据被恶意修改,更严重的将造成医生误诊使患者有生命危险。因此,数据的完整性与隐私性是WMSN中的两个非常重要问题。文章提出了一种基于双线性对的保护数据安全和隐私的用户认证协议以及数据安全传输机制。该协议使得医务人员能够即时监测医护人员的健康状况,并为病人提供及时和全面的医疗保健信息。最后,通过安全与性能分析发现本协议可抵御常见的攻击,如仿冒、重放、在线或离线密码猜测,以及被盗验证者的攻击。同时,文章所提出的认证协议也具备良好的计算性能与通信性能,可以满足WMSN类应用关于性能方面的要求。With the rapid development of wireless communication technology and microelectronic technology,as one of the special applications of wireless sensor network(WSN),the wireless medical sensor network(WMSN)has also been rapidly popularized in modern medical systems.However,most of the data transmitted in the WMSN is sensitive information related to the patient.Therefore,if the sensitive information cannot be properly protected,the patient's personal privacy will be leaked or the pathological data will be maliciously modified.More seriously,this will cause doctors to misdiagnose and seriously endanger the patient's life.Therefore,the data integrity and privacy are two very important issues in the application of WMSN.This paper proposes a user authentication protocol and data security transmission mechanism based on bilinear pairing to protect data security and privacy.The proposed authentication protocol will enable the medical staff to instantly monitor the health of patients and provide the health care information in a timely and comprehensive manner.Finally,through security and performance analysis,it is clear that the proposed protocol can defend against common attacks such as counterfeiting,replay,online or offline password guessing,and attacks by stolen certifiers.At the same time,the proposed protocol also meets the requirements of the wireless medical sensor network application environment in terms of computing and communication performance.
