摘　　要：文章结合宁夏气象部门复杂的网络结构:南北向上既有部门内部上下级的连接,东西向上有资源池、大数据云平台等内部私有云的特点,分析了网络安全现状和存在的问题,结合部门业务实际,以实现对全网安全数据的集中管控和异常事件、行为的有效感知和集约化监控为目标,设计了态势感知平台,为气象部门业务应用体系提供安全保障参考方案。This paper sorts out the current situation of network security in Ningxia meteorological department,and analyzes the existing problems.In view of the current situation and problems,combined with the actual business of the department,the goal is to achieve centralized management and control of network-wide security data and effective perception and intensive monitoring of abnormal events and behaviors.,designed the situational awareness platform and carried out the test and trial operation to provide a safety guarantee reference scheme for the business application system of the Ningxia Meteorological Department.
