摘 要:船坞结构承受水压力,在河海水位与地下水位差的作用下,地基和两侧回填土内将产生渗流,渗流不仅对船坞底部产生渗透压力,对建筑物的稳定和应力状况产生不利影响,而且渗流能使地基土壤产生渗流变形,危及建筑物的安全。现场实施高压旋喷桩作为防渗帷幕,通过简化的恒定、平面渗流计算和对坑底渗透压力监测、船坞底板施工完成后扬压力监测数据分析,结果表明:高压旋喷桩止水效果明显,同时高压旋喷桩止水帷幕延长了地下水的渗流路径,从而降低单位土体的渗透力,使基坑不会发生渗透破坏,保证了基坑施工的安全。The shipyard structure is subject to water pressure. Under the action of river water level and groundwater level difference, the foundation and the backfill on both sides will produce seepage, which not only produces seepage pressure on the bottom of the dock, adversely affects the stability and stress conditions of the building, but also can cause seepage deformation of foundation soil and endanger the safety of the building. The field implementation of high-pressure rotary spray pile as an anti-seepage curtain, through simplified constant, plane seepage calculation and monitoring of the bottom of the pit and the analysis of the upswing pressure monitoring after the completion of dock floor construction, the results show that the water stopping effect of the high-pressure rotary spray pile is obvious, and the high-pressure rotary spraying pile water-stop curtain extends the seepage path of groundwater, thereby reducing the permeability of the unit soil, so that the foundation pit will not be damaged by infiltration, and the safety of the foundation pit construction is guaranteed.
