摘  要:为了有效回收煤柱并降低地表下沉,在前湾煤矿回收大巷保安煤柱旺采工作面实施条带式旺格维利采煤法,对旺采工艺下刀间煤柱的受力特征进行研究分析,利用传统的刀间煤柱宽度的计算方法,采用2种煤柱留设方案,并通过FLAC^(3D)软件研究宽度不同的刀间煤柱塑性区、巷道变形量及围岩应力情况。研究结果证明,回收大巷保安煤柱旺采工作面留设的刀间煤柱总宽度为15 m;宽度1.5 m的刀间小煤柱只具有临时支撑作用,刀间煤柱随着工作面回采而逐步垮落或很快失去支撑作用,而宽度1 m的刀间小煤柱与宽度3.5 m的刀间大煤柱相结合时,虽然刀间小煤柱随采随落,但是刀间大煤柱支撑作用较强,能有效确保连采机安全高效回采。现场试验结果表明,处于支巷中部的顶板所发生的位移明显大于两端,采用方案二过程中煤层顶板位移量较小、围岩塑性区面积也较小,方案二的煤柱可靠稳定性较强,不但可以保证安全高效回采,而且能够同时达到矿井综合经济效益最大的目标。In order to effectively recover the coal pillar and reduce the subsidence of the ground surface,the strip-type Wongawilli coal mining method was implemented in the safety coal pillar Wongawilli mining face in recovery roadway of the Qianwan Coal Mine,and the force characteristics of the coal pillar between the knives under the Wongawilli mining technology were studied and analyzed.Using the traditional calculation method of the coal pillar width between the knives,two coal pillar retaining schemes are adopted,and the plastic zone,roadway deformation and surrounding rock stress of coal pillar between knives with different widths are studied by the FLAC^(3D) software.The research results show that the total width of the coal pillar between the knives left in the Wongawilli working face of the safety coal pillar in the recovery roadway is 15 m;the small coal pillar between the knives with a width of 1.5 m only have a temporary support function,and the coal pillar between the knives are mined along with the working face,and it gradually collapses or loses its supporting function quickly.When the small coal pillar between the knives with a width of 1 m is combined with the large coal pillar between the knives with a width of 3.5 m,although the small coal pillar between the knives falls with the mining,the large coal pillar between the knives column support function is strong,which can effectively ensure the safe and efficient mining of the continuous miner.The field test results show that the displacement of the roof in the middle of the branch roadway is significantly larger than that of the two ends.In the process of adopting the second scheme,the displacement of the coal seam roof is smaller and the area of the surrounding rock plastic zone is also smaller.The reliability and stability of the coal pillar of the second scheme is better.It can not only ensure safe and efficient recovery,but also achieve the goal of the largest comprehensive economic benefit of the mine.
