摘 要:针对煤矿复采区复杂开采、多源漏风及呼吸作用影响下,巷道煤柱易发生大范围立体自燃火灾的问题,以大佛寺煤矿4号煤层11#联巷内密闭墙右帮煤柱存在高温区域的现状为例,阐述了巷道煤柱自燃机理、特性、治理难点及灾变区域的情况,分析了灾变区域漏风情况原因,对煤柱内自燃“三带”进行了划分。结合注浆防灭火机理与矿井实际,采取了通过施工的措施钻孔,向煤柱内注水玻璃+水泥浆的灌浆堵漏灭火治理技术。通过现场分阶段实施和监测,密闭墙内温度、O_(2)等指标呈连续下降趋势,内外压差在较长的时间内保持稳定,有效消除了高温区域自燃隐患,保障矿井的连续生产和安全。Aiming at the problem that large-scale three-dimensional spontaneous combustion fire easily occur in roadway coal pillar under the influence of complex mining,multi-source air leakage and respiration in the re-mining area of coal mine.Taking the current situation of high temperature region in the right side coal pillar of the closed wall in the No.11 connecting roadway of No.4 coal mine in Dafosi Coal Mine as an example,the mechanism,characteristics,difficulties in treatment of coal pillar spontaneous combustion in roadway and the situation of the disaster area are expounded,the causes of air leakage in the disaster area are analyzed,and the“three zones”of spontaneous combustion in the coal pillar are divided.Combined with the fire extinguishing mechanism of grouting and the actual situation of the mine,the fire extinguishing control technology of plugging leakage by grouting and injecting water glass and cement slurry into the coal pillar is adopted.Through the on-site phased implementation and monitoring,the temperature,O_(2) and other indicators in the closed wall showed a continuous downward trend,the internal and external pressure difference remained stable for a long time,which effectively eliminated the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion in the high temperature area and guaranteed the continuous production and safety of mine.
