摘  要:控制工作面瓦斯浓度不超限是保证工作面安全开采的重要前提,因此有必要分析工作面瓦斯异常涌出规律。本文以陕西陕煤铜川矿务局陈家山煤矿429工作面为研究背景,通过分析下行通风采煤工作面采空区瓦斯运移规律,找出影响采空区瓦斯异常变化的原因。结果表明,工作面在回采期间处于下行通风时,首先要加强预抽工作,其次在回采期间必须加强工作面前半部顶板瓦斯检查,出现异常时,通过合理对采煤工作面进行配风及通风系统调整,及时采取降低通风阻力、增加工作面配风量及上隅角埋管、高抽巷抽放等措施进行治理。本研究对下行通风采煤工作面通风及瓦斯管理具有一定的借鉴意义。Controlling the gas concentration at the working face without exceeding the limit is an important prerequisite to ensure stable mining at the working face,so it is necessary to analyze the law of abnormal gas emission at the working face.This paper takes 429 working face of Chenjiashan Coal Mine in Shaanxi Province as the research background and by analyzing the gas transportation law in the goaf of downward ventilation coal mining face,finds out the reasons affecting the gas abnormal change in the goaf.The results show that when the working face is in downward ventilation during the mining period,first strengthen the pre-pumping work,and then strengthen the roof gas inspection of the first half part of the working face during the mining period.When abnormalities occur,the coal mining face should be properly adjusted for air distribution and ventilation system,and measures such as reducing ventilation resistance,increasing the air distribution volume of the working face,burying pipes in the upper corners,and high pumping lane drainage and other measures should be taken in time to control.This study has certain reference significance for the ventilation and gas management of downward ventilated coal mining face.
