摘 要:为解决双龙煤矿采掘接替紧张状况,基于沿空留巷的理论研究和工程实践,在不等长201综采工作面辅助运输巷道开展了切顶卸压沿空留巷技术研究。采用理论分析、工程类比、现场试验监测等综合研究方法,进行了切顶参数优化、围岩支护参数设计,并对沿空留巷效果进行了矿压规律分析评价,提出了一套适用于双龙煤矿的沿空留巷技术体系。研究结果表明,以卸压-改性双重围岩控制为核心思想,单体液压支柱+铰接梁+注浆改性+恒阻锚索等联合支护手段进行沿空留巷,顶底板累计相对移近量值最大为940 mm,两帮收敛量值最大为580 mm,验证了该沿空留巷技术体系的有效性。In order to solve the tense situation of tunneling and replacement in Shuanglong Coal Mine,based on the theoretical research and engineering practice of gob-side entry retaining,the research on roof cutting and pressure relief gob-side entry retaining technology with unequal length 201 fully mechanized mining face auxiliary transport roadway was carried out.Using the comprehensive research methods of theoretical analysis,engineering analogy and field test monitoring,the optimization of roof cutting parameters and the design of surrounding rock support parameters are carried out,the effect of gob-side entry retaining is analyzed and evaluated,and a set of gob-side entry retaining technology system suitable for Shuanglong Coal Mine is put forward.The research results show that:Taking the pressure relief-modified double surrounding rock control as the core idea,the combined support means such as single hydraulic prop + hinged beam + grouting modification + constant resistance anchor cable are used to gob-side entry retaining.The maximum cumulative relative displacement of the roof and floor is 940 mm,and the maximum convergence of the two sides is 580 mm,which verifies the effectiveness of the technical system of gob-side entry retaining.
