摘 要:为解决综放工作面初采初放期间瓦斯超限问题,针对旬耀矿区煤层厚度大的特点,提出了增大工作面进风量、优化瓦斯抽采措施和加强隅角退锚及封堵相结合的综合瓦斯治理措施。通过对初采初放期间瓦斯相关数据的统计分析,发现实际最大绝对涌出量为15.18 m^(3)/min,与预测值相差不大;回风瓦斯浓度在回采初期最大,随着瓦斯抽采量的增大,回风瓦斯浓度逐渐稳定在0.2%~0.25%;风排量最大值为4.78 m^(3)/min,满足相关规定中回采工作面风排瓦斯量不得超过5 m^(3)/min的要求,证明了该瓦斯综合治理措施的可行性,确保了工作面的安全高效生产,可以为周边矿井瓦斯治理提供一定的参考。In order to solve the problem of gas exceeding limit during the initial mining and caving of fully mechanized caving face,in view of the characteristics of large coal seam thickness in Xunyao mining area,the comprehensive gas control measures that combine increasing air intake at the working face,optimizing gas extraction measures,and strengthening corner retraction and plugging are proposed.Through the statistical analysis of gas related data during the initial mining and caving,it is found that the actual maximum absolute gas emission is 15.18 m^(3)/min,which is not much different from the predicted value.The return air gas concentration is the largest in the early stage of recovery,with the increase of gas extraction quantity,the return air gas concentration gradually stabilizes between 0.2% and 0.25%.The maximum air discharge gas volume is 4.78 m^(3)/min,which meets the requirement of related regulations that the air discharge gas volume at the mining face shall not exceed 5 m^(3)/min,which proves the feasibility of the comprehensive gas control measures.It is ensure the safe and efficient production of the working face,and provide a certain reference for gas prevention and control in the surrounding mines.
