摘  要:桑树坪煤矿二号井(简称:二号井)属于全国瓦斯灾害严重矿区之一的韩城矿区,为了达到绿色开采目标,二号井自建瓦斯发电厂一座,瓦斯来源为二号井3号煤层的瓦斯抽采。四采区目前位于主采区三采区的北侧,为三采区的接续采区,其符合二号井瓦斯赋存规律——“东南低、西北高”,瓦斯浓度及压力大。为了达到瓦斯超前治理及绿色开采的目标,通过对四采区五单元的116组抽采数据进行收集处理,以负压为自变量,浓度及流量为因变量,拟合得出负压-浓度/流量的拟合曲线。通过拟合曲线直观的得出负压-浓度/流量的关系,不仅为二号井四采区的瓦斯抽采控制奠定基础,并从源头上解决了瓦斯电厂瓦斯浓度控制难题。Sangshuping Coal Mine No.2 mine(hereinafter referred to as No.2 mine)belongs to Hancheng mining area,which is one of the mining areas with serious gas disasters in China.In order to achieve the ultimate goal of green mining,No.2 mine has built a gas power plant by itself,and the gas source is gas extraction from No.3 coal seam of No.2 mine.The No.4 mining area is located on the north side of the current main mining area and the No.3 mining area,which is the continuous mining area of the No.3 mining area.It conforms to the gas occurrence law of the No.2 mine:“low in the southeast and high in the northwest”,with high gas concentration and pressure.In order to achieve the purpose of the gas control in advance and green mining,this article through to the 116 groups of No.4 mining area 5 unit extraction data collection processing,with negative pressure as the independent variable,concentration and flow rate as the dependent variable,fitting fit curve of negative pressure-concentration/flow.The relationship between negative pressure and concentration/flow was obtained intuitively through the fitting curve,which not only laid a certain foundation for the gas extraction control of No.2 mine of No.4 mining area,but also solved the problem of gas concentration control of gas power plant from the source.
