摘  要:井下瓦斯抽放系统是金烽寸草塔煤矿保证瓦斯安全的主要治理系统之一。以矿井3^(-1)号煤层和4^(-1)号煤层开采过程中应用的井下瓦斯抽放系统为例,主要介绍了该系统建设初期的建设背景、设计方案、布置形式和使用效果。通过对4^(-1)号煤层瓦斯涌出量进行定性预测计算,并结合后期生产实践过程中掘进设备和掘进工艺的升级、通风方式的改变等情况,对井下瓦斯抽放系统相应的硐室布置数量、主管路安装形式、综采工作面顺槽间煤柱内钻孔及抽放支管布置形式和安装方式等进行了调整和优化。The underground gas drainage system is one of the main control systems to ensure gas safety in Jinfeng Cuncaota Coal Mine.Taking the underground gas drainage system applied in the mining process of coal seam No.3^(-1) and No.4^(-1) as an example,this paper mainly introduces the construction background,design scheme,layout form and application effect of the initial construction of the system.Through the qualitative prediction and calculation of the gas emission amount of No.4^(-1) coal seam,and in the later production practice,combined with the upgrading of the adopted tunneling equipment and tunneling technology,the change of ventilation mode and other factors,the layout number of chambers,the installation form of main pipeline,the layout form and installation mode of drilling in coal pillar between slots and drainage branch pipes in fully mechanized mining face have been adjusted and optimized accordingly.
