摘 要:以五举煤矿井底煤仓上口配仓方案为例,介绍配仓方案设计基本原则,根据平板闸门、配仓带式输送机形式、仓容利用率以及卸载滚筒机架与仓壁距离情况提出了3个配仓方案,应用层次分析法从仓壁受力、仓容利用率、搭接硐室高度、配仓带检修以及投资5个方面对五举煤矿3个配仓方案进行综合评价,优选出最优方案,该评价模型可为设计配仓方案考虑因素提供科学依据,也为煤矿解决类似的方案评价问题提供参考。The text taking Wuju Coal Mine shaft pocket warehouse allocation scheme as an example,introduced the basic principles of warehouse allocation scheme design.according to the flat gate,the form of the belt conveyor with the warehouse,the utilization rate of the warehouse capacity and the distance between the unloading roller frame and the warehouse wall,three warehouse allocation schemes are proposed,applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) to comprehensively evaluate the three warehouse allocation schemes of Wuju Coal Mine from five aspects:the force on the warehouse wall,the utilization rate of the warehouse capacity,the height of the overlap chamber,the maintenance of the warehouse belt,and the investment,choose the best solution.The evaluation model provides a scientific basis for designing the consideration factors of the warehouse allocation plan,and also provides a reference for coal mines to solve similar plan evaluation problems.
