摘 要:为系统性地掌握细煤泥脱水设备使用与发展状况,以细煤泥脱水设备为研究对象,从工作原理、技术特征、工艺布置环节、生产能力等方面对板框压滤机、隔膜压滤机、加压过滤机与带式压滤机等4种设备进行介绍。同时,以细煤泥水中-0.074 mm含量为准线,整理汇总4种脱水设备在煤炭企业中的使用效果,经分析发现,在细煤泥脱水中,加压过滤机的使用效果最好,其次为隔膜压滤机、板框压滤机与带式压滤机,其中细煤泥含量过高时,带式压滤机脱水效果较差,因此该设备不适于极细煤泥的脱水,并预测脱水设备的发展趋势,为选煤厂在初步设计与工艺改造中的设备选择提供借鉴与参考。In order to systematically understand and master the use and development of fine slime dewatering equipment,this paper takes fine slime dewatering equipment as the research object,four types of equipment including plate and frame filter press,diaphragm filter press,pressure filter and belt filter press are introduced from the aspects of working principle,technical characteristics,process layout and production capacity.At the same time,taking the fine coal slime water content of-0.074 mm as the guideline,finishing summarizes four kinds of dewatering equipment using effect in coal enterprises,the analysis found that in the fine coal slime dewatering,the use of pressurized filter effect is best,followed by the diaphragm filter press,plate and frame filter press and belt type filter press.When the content of fine slime is too high,the dewatering effect of the belt filter press is poor,so this equipment is not suitable for the dewatering of extremely fine slime,and the development trend of dewatering equipment is predicted.The above summary and analysis can provide reference value and significance for the preliminary design of coal preparation plant and the selection of equipment in the process transformation.
