摘 要:采用零级反应动力学模型,对某含能黏结剂PBX装药分别进行了3.3 k/h、6 k/h、9 k/h、30 k/h四种升温速率烤燃的数值模拟,并设计了模型实验对带壳装药进行慢速烤燃实验研究,通过实验结果与计算结果对比分析,得到了含能黏结剂PBX炸药慢烤时的温度场演化、点火时间、点火温度和点火区域等关键参数。结果表明,含能黏结剂PBX炸药装药慢烤时,加速反应先是一个热传导过程,内部温度梯度较大,装药中心温度低,边缘温度高;当温度升高至396 k后,炸药热分解速率增大,装药内部出现热积累。升温速率为3.3 k/h时,点火位置为中心点;升温速率为6 k/h、9 k/h时,点火位置变为轴线上逐渐远离中心向两端移动的两点;升温速率为30 k/h时,点火位置变为远离轴线向4个端角移动的四点。Using the reaction kinetic model,the numerical simulation of heating with four heating rates of 3.3 k/h,6 k/h,9 k/h and 30 k/h for energetic binder PBX charge was carried out,and the slow baking experiment of shell charge was carried out.Through the comparative analysis of the experimental results and calculation results,the key parameters such as temperature field evolution,ignition time,ignition temperature and ignition area of energetic binder PBX explosive during slow baking were obtained.The results show that during the slow baking test of energetic binder PBX explosive charge,there is a heat conduction process before accelerating the reaction,with large internal temperature gradient,low charge center temperature and high edge temperature;When the temperature rises to 396 k,the thermal decomposition rate of explosive increases and heat accumulation occurs in the charge;When the heating rate is 3.3 k/h,the ignition position is the center;When the heating rate is 6 k/h and 9 k/h,the ignition position becomes two points on the axis gradually moving away from the center to both ends;When the heating rate is 30 k/h,the ignition position becomes four points moving away from the axis to the four end corners.
