摘 要:基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值仿真软件,调整改变EFP群束密集度及装药壳体厚度,分析EFP群束协同冲击平面带壳装药起爆能力变化规律。结果表明:EFP群束密集度对平面带壳装药起爆效能影响明显。当平面装药壳体厚度为10 mm且EFP间距为2 mm、4 mm、6 mm时,EFP群束表现出较强协同作用,冲击起爆能力明显强于单个EFP;EFP间距为8 mm时,EFP群束的冲击起爆能力与单个EFP趋同,不再具备协增强作用。调整平面装药壳体厚度为12 mm,4种密集度的EFP群束均能成功冲击起爆壳体装药,且冲击起爆能力逐渐向单个EFP趋同,未表现出明显的协同增强作用。调整平面装药壳体厚度为13 mm,仅EFP间距为2 mm的工况可成功冲击起爆装药,且单个EFP无法冲击起爆装药,此时EFP群束同样呈协同增强作用。Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical simulation software,the EFP group bundle density and charge shell thickness were adjusted and changed to analyze the variation rule of EFP group bundle coordinated impact plane with shell charge initiation efficiency.The results show that EFP group bundle density has a significant effect on the initiation efficiency of planar shell charge.When the thickness of plane charge shell is 10 mm and the spacing of EFP is 2 mm,4 mm and 6 mm,the EFP cluster has strong synergistic effect and the impact initiation ability is obviously stronger than that of single EFP.When the EFP spacing is 8 mm,the impact initiation ability of EFP cluster is similar to that of single EFP,and no longer has co-enhancement effect.When the thickness of the planar charge shell is adjusted to 12 mm,all the four kinds of dense EFP clusters can successfully impact the initiation charge of the shell,and the impact initiation ability gradually converging to single EFP,without obvious synergistic enhancement effect.When the thickness of plane charge shell is adjusted to 13 mm and the spacing of EFP is 2 mm,the detonation charge can be successfully impacted,and single EFP cannot impact the detonation charge.In this case,the EFP group bundle also shows synergistic enhancement effect.
