摘  要:为研究粉末冶金工艺制备的钛合金药型罩对静破甲深度的影响系数,通过静破甲试验,结合静破甲深度经验公式,分析了不同药型罩材料的密度、抗拉强度等参数对破甲性能的影响规律。根据两型战斗部研制计算了钛合金药型罩材料对破甲的影响系数。结果表明:钛合金与钢材料药型罩的破甲性能基本相近,破甲影响系数平均为0.788,为进一步研究钛合金药型罩的破甲威力提供依据。In order to study the influence coefficient of titanium alloy drug cover prepared by powder metallurgy process on the depth of static armor breaking,combined with the empirical formula of static armor breaking depth,the influence law of different drug cover material density,tensile strength and other parameters on the performance of armor breaking was analyzed,through static armor breaking test.At the same time,we developed on the basis of two types of warheads to calculate the titanium alloy liner medicine cover material influence coefficient of sunder armor.The results show that there is little difference between titanium alloy liner and steel material liner breaking performance,and the average influence coefficient of armor breaking is 0.788,which provides a basis for further research on the strength of titanium alloy liner armor breaking.
