地方高校国际化教育发展的管理瓶颈及对策研究——以A大学为例

摘　　要：本文以一所地方高校A大学为例,系统分析2013-2019年在校留学生的发展变化,包括留学生规模、留学生源国、经费来源、学历结构、专业分布等基本情况,研究地方高校在创建“双一流”过程中面临高等教育国际化的发展机遇,采取加强对外交流合作、构建科学课程体系、推进趋同化管理等措施,突破国际化教育发展的管理瓶颈,提升学校的留学生人才培养质量及国际化教育水平。Taking a local university A as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the development and change of international students from 2013 to 2019,including the basic information of the international students such as the scale,the nationality,the funding source,the education degree and major distribution.This paper studies the development opportunities of the internationalization of the higher education faced by the local colleges and universities in the process of establishing“Double-First Class”.It suggests that the local colleges and universities should take measures such as strengthening international exchanges and cooperation,constructing scientific curriculum system and promoting convergence and assimilation management,so as to break through the management bottleneck of international education development and improve the quality of international students′training and the level of international education.
