摘 要:目的:了解社区老年人骨密度情况,分析年龄和性别与骨量减少、骨质疏松之间的关系。方法:采用联影uDR-580h数字化医用X线机及CARESTREAM骨密度软件分析仪分析上海嘉定镇街道社区卫生服务中心就诊的373名60岁以上老年人的骨密度情况。老年人的年龄60~87岁,平均年龄73.5岁;其中男74名,女299名。结果:随着年龄的增长,骨质疏松的患病率明显增多,且同年龄段的女性患者骨质疏松患病率高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论:加强中老年人对骨质疏松的认识,可以进行早期的预防与干预,降低骨折的风险。Objective:To understand the condition of the bone mineral density of the elderly people in the community,and analyze the relationship between the age and sex and osteopenia and osteoporosis.Methods:The bone mineral density of 373elderly people over 60 years old in the Jiading Community Health Service Center of Shanghai was analyzed by using uDR-580h digital medical X-ray machine and Carestream bone mineral density software analyzer.The age of the elderly people was 60-87years old and the average age was 73.5 years;among them there 74 males and 299 females.Results:With the age increasing,the prevalence of osteoporosis increased significantly,and the prevalence of osteoporosis in the female patients of the same age group was higher than that in the male patients,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the understanding of middle-aged and elderly people on osteoporosis can carry out early prevention and intervention to reduce the risk of fracture.
