摘　　要：目前,环境问题已是全社会面临的共同课题。在我国,环境保护己列为国家基本国策,环境保护直接体现了地区精神文明和物质文明水平。河流作为最关键的资源和环境载体,关系到城市生存,是影响城市风格和美化城市环境的重要因素。水环境恶化给城市环境带来长期的不利影响。本文以潮州市枫江流域水环境综合整治二期项目(枫溪段)为例,具体分析流域水环境综合整治方案。At present,environmental problems have become a common topic faced by the whole society.In China,the party and the state attach great importance to environmental protection,which has been listed as the basic national policy.The degree of environmental protection directly reflects the development level of regional spiritual civilization and material civilization.In the formation and development of cities,rivers,as the most critical resource and environmental carrier,are related to the survival of cities,restrict the development of cities,and are important factors that affect the urban style and beautify the urban environment.The deterioration of water environment is related to the process of all-round social and economic development,and has a long-term adverse impact on the city's investment environment..This paper will take the second phase project of comprehensive improvement of water environment in Fengjiang River Basin of Chaozhou City(Fengxi section)as an example to analyze the comprehensive improvement scheme of water environment in the basin.
