摘　　要：环境健康风险是指由于自然原因和人类活动导致的、通过环境媒介的传播、对群体身心健康造成不良影响的因素。环境健康风险管理意味着环境管理从传统的"先污染后治理"向环境污染发生前预防的战略变化。文中以长株潭城市群为例,分析了此地区环境健康风险管理的实践活动,以期为我国环境健康风险管理体系的建立,提供决策建议。Environmental health risk refers to the factors that cause adverse effects on the physical and mental health of the group due to natural reasons and human activities(to natural or social development)and according to the dissemination of environmental media.Environmental health risk management means that environmental management has changed from the traditional"pollution before treatment"to the preventive development strategy before environmental pollution.Taking Chang Zhu Tan urban agglomeration as an example,this paper analyzes the specific practical activities of environmental health risk management in this area,in order to provide strategic decision-making for the establishment of environmental health risk management system in China.
