摘　　要：在新时代生态文明建设背景下,承载游牧民生态智慧和生存技能的习惯规范,与草原生态治理和牧区可持续发展有着至关重要的联系。基于本土知识的牧区习惯规范在当前新疆牧区草原生态保护及生态治理中仍然发挥着重要作用。因此,草原牧区的生态治理和生态文明建设不能脱离牧区社会本土知识,挖掘草原生态习惯规范中有益的本土智慧和实践价值,可以为牧区可持续发展和草原生态治理提供经验基础,也有利于促进国家现代法律体系的日益完善。In the context of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,the ecological habits and norms that carry the ecological wisdom and survival skills of nomads have a crucial connection with grassland ecological governance and sustainable development of pastoral areas.Pastoral customary norms based on local knowledge still play an important role in the current grassland ecological protection and ecological governance in Xinjiang pastoral areas.Therefore,the ecological governance and ecological civilization construction of grassland and pastoral areas cannot be separated from the local knowledge of pastoral society.Excavating the beneficial local wisdom and practical value of grassland ecological habits and norms can provide an empirical basis for the sustainable development of pastoral areas and grassland ecological governance,and is also conducive to promoting our country’s modern legal system is improving day by day.
