摘 要:为保证直流工程控制保护系统试验中换相失败判断的准确性,需模拟换流阀实际运行工况下晶闸管关断特性应力,从而获取实际直流工程中晶闸管最小关断时间。该文以±1100k V/5500A昌吉-古泉特高压直流工程为研究对象,分析实际工程晶闸管阀关断过程应力,基于LC谐振和冲击电压复合的等效测试方法,建立了晶闸管关断特性测试平台;通过工程控保联调试验,获取几种易引发换相失败故障的晶闸管阀电压、电流应力,并则算出单级晶闸管应力,在真实物理平台开展测试。测试结果表明,晶闸管在极端运行工况下,最小关断时间为385μs (7°)左右,准确修正了RTDS仿真模型中阀最小关断角度,支撑了直流工程控制保护系统联调试验的顺利进行,为直流工程现场调试奠定了技术基础。In order to ensure the accuracy of commutation failure judgment in the HVDC project control and protection system test, it is necessary to simulate the turn-off characteristic stress of the thyristor under the actual operating condition of the converter valve, so as to obtain the minimum turn-off time of the thyristor in the actual DC project. This paper takesaking the ±1100 k V/5500 A Changji-Guquan UHVDC project as the research object, this paper analyzinges the stress during the turn-off process of the thyristor valve in the actual project, and establishes a test platform for the turn-off characteristics of the thyristor based on the equivalent test method of the LC resonance and impulse voltage. And t Through the control and protection joint debugging test of the project, the voltage and current stresses of several thyristor valves that are prone to commutation failures are obtained, and then calculated to the single-stage thyristor stress is calculated, which is carried out and tested on the real physical platform. The results of the test show that the minimum turn-off time of the thyristor is about 385μs(7°) under the extreme operating conditions,. which This accurately corrects the minimum turn-off angle of the valve in the RTDS simulation model and supports the smooth progress of the joint debugging test of the DC engineering control and protection system, laying a technical foundation for the on-site debugging of the DC project.
