摘　　要：赋能绿色优质农产品是突破绿色优质农产品现实困境,有效助力中国绿色优质农产品发展的重要举措,具有现实层面的重要性。文章以界定赋能、绿色优质农产品的内涵作为起点,基于相关数据和经济学理论系统分析发现,中国绿色优质农产品产销缺乏动能,存在生产难、管控难、销售难等问题。为进一步促进中国农业绿色高质量发展,提出了政府搭建“信任”桥梁、财政补贴“降低身价”、培育保护农业品牌、发挥绿色物流价值、绿色食品补短板行动等对策建议。Empowering green and high-quality agricultural products is an important measure to break through the practical dilemma of green and high-quality agricultural products and effectively help the development of green and high-quality agricultural products in China,which is of practical importance.Starting from the definition of the connotation of enabling and green high-quality agricultural products,this paper systematically analyzes the lack of momentum in the production and marketing of green high-quality agricultural products in China based on relevant data and economic theory,and the problems of production,control and sales.In order to further promote the green and high-quality development of agriculture in China,it is proposed that the government build a"trust"bridge,financial subsidies"reduce their value",cultivate and protect agricultural brands,give play to the value of green logistics,strengthen the weak links of green food and other countermeasures and suggestions.
