摘  要:奥克托金(HMX)作为现今军事领域能量水平高、综合性能最好的单质炸药,具有优良的爆轰性能,被广泛应用于混合炸药中,但其摩擦、撞击感度都较高,也使其在应用过程中存在安全隐患。为了改善HMX基混合炸药的摩擦性能和抗过载性能,采用氟橡胶和顺丁橡胶包覆HMX颗粒,获得HMX/黏结剂混合体系样品,利用扫描电镜观察包覆前后HMX的形貌变化,通过滑移力测量仪与摩擦感度仪测试样品的摩擦性能,最后考核HMX基混合体系的抗过载能力。实验结果表明:氟橡胶和顺丁橡胶能够对HMX炸药颗粒有效钝感和减摩,其中顺丁橡胶包覆后的HMX基混合炸药体系摩擦特性更优良,且通过了抗过载实验考核。As a single explosive with high energy level and the best comprehensive performance in the military field, HMX has excellent detonation performance and is widely used in mixed explosives, but its friction and impact sensitivity are high, which makes it a safety hazard during use. In order to improve the friction performance and anti-overload performance of HMX-based composite explosives, fluorine rubber and butadiene rubber were used to coat HMX particles to obtain HMX/binder mixed system samples. The morphology changes of HMX after coated were observed by scanning electron microscope, and the friction performance of the samples was tested by sliding force measuring instrument and friction sensitivity meter. Finally, the anti-overload ability of HMX-based composite explosives was evaluated. The results showed that fluoroelastomer and butadiene rubber can effectively desensitize and reduce friction on HMX explosive particles. Particularly, the HMX-based composite explosive system coated by butadiene rubber has better friction characteristics and passed the anti-overload test.
