摘 要:利用1∶1高速轮轨关系试验台,研究试验速度从200 km·h-1提高至400 km·h-1后轮轨间水介质条件下在不同的黏着阶段施加不同纵向蠕滑率直接加卸载控制或蠕滑率保持4 s控制对大蠕滑黏着特性的影响,重点分析200,300和400 km·h-1速度时在黏着再上升阶段施加不同的蠕滑控制使黏着进一步上升的特点和规律。结果表明:在黏着力系数第1个峰值点至“低谷点”的不稳定阶段,施加纵向蠕滑率直接加卸载控制或蠕滑率保持4 s控制均会导致黏着力系数下降;速度为200和300 km·h-1时在黏着力系数“低谷点”至第2个峰值点的稳定阶段,施加纵向蠕滑率直接加卸载控制或蠕滑率保持4 s控制一般会使黏着力系数进一步上升,并出现“卸载峰”;时速为400 km时在黏着力系数“低谷点”至第2个峰值点稳定阶段的中间位置(纵向蠕滑率为12.5%附近),施加纵向蠕滑率卸载控制或蠕滑率保持4 s控制更易导致黏着力系数再上升,并出现“卸载峰”;在黏着再上升阶段施加纵向蠕滑率保持4 s控制将使黏着力系数进一步上升,非常有利于提高轮轨黏着利用率。In this paper,a full-scale high-speed wheel/rail relationship test rig is used to study the influences of the direct loading and unloading control or the creepage control maintained at 4 s for exerting different longitudinal creepages at various stages of adhesion on large creepage adhesion characteristics in water medium between wheel and rail since the test speed has increased from 200 km·h-1 to 400 km·h-1.The characteristics and rules of the further increase of adhesion by applying different creepage controls at the reascending stage of adhesion are mainly analyzed at the speeds of 200 km·h-1,300 km·h-1 and 400 km·h-1.The results show that at the unstable stage where the coefficient of adhesion force increases to the first peak point to the“null”,exerting the longitudinal creepage of direct loading and unloading or maintaining its control at 4 s will lead to a decrease in the coefficient of adhesion force.When the speeds are 200 km·h-1 and 300 km·h-1,during the stable stage where the“null”of the coefficient of adhesion force reaches the second peak point,exerting the longitudinal creepage of direct loading and unloading or maintaining its control at 4 s will generally further increase the coefficient of adhesion force and reveal the“unloading peak”.When the speed is 400 km·h-1,in the middle position of the stable stage where the longitudinal creepage arrives at the“null”of the adhesion force coefficient reaches the second peak point of the adhesion force coefficient(the longitudinal creepage is around 12.5%),the longitudinal creepage of direct loading and unloading or maintaining its control at 4 s is more likely to increase the adhesion force coefficient,and the“unloading peak”occurs.At the reascending stage of adhesion,exerting the longitudinal creepage of maintaining its control at 4 s will further increase the adhesion force coefficient,which is very conducive to improving the utilization rate of wheel/rail adhesion.
