火针点刺治疗肾气虚型排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针点刺治疗对肾气虚型排卵障碍性不孕症疗效的影响。方法:选取2017年10月至2019年10月于潍坊市中医院针灸科及妇科门诊就诊的60例肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者予口服克罗米芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用火针点刺气海、关元、子宫、肾俞、八髎、三阴交等穴治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果差异及孕激素水平。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为79 %,高于对照组的54 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、孕酮均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针点刺治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症可改善患者的排卵情况及妊娠率,有效提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of fire needling acupuncture on the infertility of kidney Qi deficiency type ovulatory disorder infertility.Methods A total of 60 kidney deficiency type ovulatory disorder infertility patients admitted to the acupuncture department and gynecological clinic of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with oral clomiphene,while the patients in the observation group were treated with fire needling acupuncture Qihai,Guanyuan,uterus,Shenshu,Baliao and Sanyinjiao on the basis of the control group.The differences of treatment effects and progesterone levels of patients between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 79 %,higher than 54 % of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and progesterone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Fire needle acupuncture in the treatment of kidney Qi deficiency type ovulatory disorder infertility can improve the ovulation and pregnancy rate of patients,and the therapeutic effect is effectively improved.
