摘 要:从生产实际出发,研究影响7×7结构超高强度钢丝帘线破断力的因素。结果表明:7×7结构超高强度钢丝帘线破断力受多因素影响,其中一个重要的因素是单丝强度,当单丝强度大于3500 MPa时帘线破断力捻制损失急剧增大;破断力捻制损失与帘线结构有关,相同强度单丝捻制单股结构和层状结构钢丝帘线时,破断力捻制损失较小;7×7结构超高强度钢丝帘线破断力捻制损失受面股的影响较大,受芯股的影响较小,破断力捻制损失主要产生在股线合成帘线阶段,并且与合绳的捻距和放线张力稳定性有关,随着捻距越大,钢丝帘线的破断力捻制损失基本呈线性减小,张力稳定,帘线破断力捻制损失较小。Starting from the actual production,the factors affecting the breaking force of the ultra-high tenacity steel cords in 7×7 structure were studied.The results showed that the breaking force was affected by many factors,one of which was the strength of monofilament.When the strength of monofilament exceeded 3500 MPa,the twisting loss of the breaking force of the steel cord increased sharply.The twisting loss of the breaking force was also related to the cord structure.When the same strength monofilaments were twisted into a single-strand structure and a layered structure steel cord,the twisting loss of the breaking force was relatively small.The twisting loss of the breaking force of the 7×7 structure was greatly affected by the surface strands,and was less affected by the core strands.The twisting loss of the 7×7 structure mainly occurred in the cord twisting stage,and was related to the twist pitch of the cord and setting out tension stability of the equipment during cord twisting process.When the twist pitch increased,the twisting loss of the breaking force of the steel cords decreased,and when the tension was stable,the twisting loss was small.
