摘  要:为了改善多路交叉口的通行条件、优化行车轨迹和消除道路安全隐患,以人民东路—兴海路—射海线多路交叉口为例,利用交通组织优化的手段,通过交叉口形态规整、车道合理布设、交通设施完善和信号协调控制等手段对多路交叉口进行交通组织精细化设计,以达到固化行车轨迹、消除安全隐患和提升通行效率的目的。结果表明:优化后的交叉口行车轨迹更为明确,车辆通行效率有所提升,交叉口饱和度由0.52下降到0.40,平均延误时间由32.3 s下降为24.8 s;同时交通事故发生率同比下降69.57%,下降趋势较为明显。In order to improve the traffic conditions at the multi-way intersection and optimize the driving track,as well as eliminate the hidden road safety hazards,the multi-road intersection of Renmin East Road-Xinghai Road-Shehai Line acted as an example for the fine design of multi-way intersection traffic through the means of traffic organization optimization such as regular intersection form,reasonable layout of lanes,perfect traffic facilities and signal coordination control so as to achieve the purpose of solidifying the driving track,eliminating the safety hazards and improving the traffic efficiency.These results show that the driving track of optimized intersection is more distinct,the efficiency of vehicles has been improved,the intersection saturation decreases from 0.52 to 0.40 and the average delay time decreases from 32.3 s to 24.8 s while the traffic accident rate decreases by 69.57%year-on-year,showing an obvious downward trend.
