毛细管辐射热泵在温室大棚冬季育苗中的应用

摘  要:为调控蔬果育苗大棚的温度并实现节能,提出多联直膨式毛细管辐射热泵,在苗床上设计局部控温方案,以增强制热效果并降低运行费用。实验结果表明:在48℃、50℃、54℃不同目标冷凝温度下,多联直膨式毛细管辐射热泵加热温床的温床内温度从5℃升温到目标温度20℃,仅需15 min左右,平均升温1℃/min;升温快、温度调控效果好。比较制热效果及耗电量,确定出最优目标冷凝温度为48℃,耗电率仅为1.46(kW·h)/(m2·d),较型号为1000 W/120 m电热线的耗电率减少约60.43%。研究表明直膨式毛细管辐射热泵用于高大空间育苗大棚是可行的,具有运行稳定、加热效果好、节能显著的特色。In order to control the temperature of vegetable and fruit seedling greenhouse and save energy,a multi-connected dry capillary radiation heat pump was designed and a local temperature controlling scheme was proposed on the seedbed to enhance the heating effect and reduce the operation cost.The experimental results show that under different condensation temperatures of 48℃,50℃and 54℃,multi-coupled dry capillary radiation heat pump can raise the seedbed temperature from 5℃to the target temperature of 20℃in only about 15 minutes with an average temperature increase of 1℃/min,the temperature increases quickly and the temperature and humidity control effect are good.Compared with the heating effect and the electricity consumption,the optimal target condensation temperature is 48℃,the power consumption rate is only 1.46(kW·h)/(m2·d),which is 60.43%less than the electric heating line of 1000 W/120 m.This study shows that the dry capillary radiation heat pump is feasible for large space seedling greenhouse heating with stable operation,good heating effect and remarkable energy saving.
