摘  要:针对海上A油田注水井结垢堵塞严重、酸化解堵措施有效期较短等问题,通过分析注入水和地层水的离子组成、测定注入水及注入水与地层水混合后的结垢量等方式分析目标油田注水井结垢原因,并进行防垢措施研究。结果表明,注入水中的钙离子含量较高,而地层水中的碳酸氢根离子含量较高;注入水自身及注入水与地层水混合后均会产生结垢现象,并且随着温度的升高,结垢量逐渐增大,当温度为80℃时,注入水自身结垢量为121.8 mg·L^(-1),而注入水与地层水按体积比5∶5混合后的结垢量则高达489.3 mg·L^(-1);防垢剂FHFG-1的防垢效果较好,当其加量为100 mg·L^(-1)时,对注入水与地层水混合后的防垢率达到98%以上,静态防垢效果较好;注入水中加入防垢剂FHFG-1后,岩心驱替100 PV时的渗透率恢复值可以达到95%以上,动态防垢效果较好。In view of the serious scaling and blockage of water injection wells and the short effective period of acid plugging removal in offshore A Oilfield, we analyzed the reasons of scale formation of water injection wells in the target oilfield by analyzing the ion composition of injected water and formation water, measuring the scaling amount of injected water before and after mixing with formation water, and carried out scale prevention research.The results show that the content of calcium ion in injected water is higher, while the content of bicarbonate ion in formation water is higher.Scaling can occur in injected water before and after mixing with formation water, and the scaling amount gradually increases with the increase of temperature.When the temperature is 80 ℃,the scaling amount of injected water is 121.8 mg·L^(-1),while the scaling amount is as high as 489.3 mg·L^(-1)when injected water and formation water are mixed with the volume ratio of 5∶5.When the dosage of the screened scale inhibitor FHFG-1 is 100 mg·L^(-1),the scale prevention rate of water samples mixed with injected water and formation water can reach more than 98%,indicating that the static scale prevention effect of the scale inhibitor FHFG-1 is good.After adding the scale inhibitor FHFG-1 into the injected water, the permeability recovery value can reach more than 95% when the core displacement is 100 PV,indicating that the dynamic scale prevention effect of the scale inhibitor FHFG-1 is good.
