摘　　要：目的探讨应用股前外侧Flow-through皮瓣修复四肢软组织损伤的临床效果。方法对2013年10月-2020年10月收治的12例四肢软组织缺损患者应用股前外侧Flow-through皮瓣进行修复,并分析该皮瓣的临床应用及特点。结果术后皮瓣一期愈合,患者均获得随访,随访时间为4~16个月,皮瓣成活质量良好。结论股前外侧Flow-through皮瓣具有供区损伤小、可直接缝合、皮瓣面积大、重建受区远端血供等优点,在四肢大面积软组织缺损的修复中效果良好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application of anterolateral thigh flow-through flap to repair the soft tissue injuries of the extremities and analyze its characteristics.Methods A retrospective analysis of 12 cases treated in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2017 using anterolateral femoral flow-through flaps for repair of limb wounds or reconstruction after scar resection.Analyzed the clinical application and characteristics of the flap.Results The flaps healed at the first stage after the operation.All patients were followed up for 4-16 months.The survival quality of the flaps was good.Conclusion The anterolateral thigh flow-through flap has the advantages of less damage to the donor area,most of the donor area can be directly sutured,larger flap area,and reconstructing the distal blood supply of the recipient area.It has a good effect on the repair of soft tissues of the limbs,which is worthy of promotion.
