摘 要:某油田开发后期,油田地面系统存在工艺不适应、设备腐蚀严重、能耗高、维护费用高等问题。通过对曲面系统优化简化技术的研究和现场应用,形成了颇为特点的简优化技术体系。针对于软件测量油井技术的中心进行了研究,如注水井智能控制技术、油井单管输送技术、集输及注水工艺优化技术。通过地面系统优化简化技术的研究与应用,简化了计量技术和单井集油技术,取消了计量站,关闭了混水系统,缩短了油水管网和工艺流程。生产运行成本、系统运行维护费用和建设投资明显下降,对节能降耗具有显著效果。In the late development stage of X oilfield,the surface system of the oilfield has some problems,such as unsuitable process,serious equipment corrosion,high energy consumption and high maintenance cost.Through the research and field application of surface system optimization and simplification technology,a series of optimization and simplification technology with Dagang characteristics is formed.This paper focuses on the oil well software measurement technology,injection well intelligent control technology,oil well single pipe transportation technology,gathering and transportation and water injection process optimization technology.Through the research and application of surface system optimization and simplification technology,the metering technology and single well oil gathering technology are simplified,the metering station is canceled,the water mixing system is closed,and the oil-water pipe network and process flow are shortened.Production and operation costs,system operation and maintenance costs and construction investment decreased significantly.It has a significant effect on energy saving and consumption reduction.
