摘 要:为了精准预测深水立管柔性接头弹性体的疲劳摆动寿命,本研究将橡胶材料和粘结界面作为主要研究对象,并提出一种有限元仿真方法。采用裂纹成核法作为核心方法,以此完成损伤参量的计算,最终实现柔性接头弹性体疲劳寿命的预测。为验证疲劳寿命预测结果的精准性,将柔性接头弹性体置于不同内压环境下,验证柔性接头弹性体的摆动寿命。仿真结果为:当内压为3 MPa时,深水立管柔性接头弹性体的摆动寿命最长;当内压为8 MPa时,深水立管柔性接头弹性体的摆动寿命最小。In order to accurately predict the fatigue swing life of elastomer in flexible joint of deepwater riser,rubber material and bond interface are taken as the main research objects in this study,and a finite element simulation method is proposed.The crack nucleation method is used as the core method to calculate the damage parameters and finally predict the fatigue life of flexible joints.In order to verify the accuracy of fatigue life prediction results,the flexible joint elastomer was placed under different internal pressures to verify the swing life of the flexible joint elastomer.The simulation results are as follows:when the internal pressure is 3 MPa,the swinging life of the elastomer of the deepwater riser flexible joint is the longest;when the internal pressure is 8MPa,the swing life of the elastomer of the deepwater riser flexible joint is the minimum.
