摘　　要：图书馆是高校文献资源保障的基础设施,不仅要保存、传播知识,更要引进现代化管理思想和方法,进一步挖掘、利用和融合国外图书馆运作和管理方面的先进成果,打造符合国内高校自身特色、满足读者多方位需求的研究型图书馆。本文探讨美国哈佛大学图书馆管理模式的变革、提高馆员专业素质的举措、为全校师生提供全方位科研服务及科研拓展服务的多种途径,以期为国内高校图书馆全面深化知识服务提供一定参考。Library is the infrastructure for the protection of literature resources in colleges and universities.It is not only necessary to preserve and disseminate knowledge,but also to introduce modern management ideas and methods to further explore,utilize and integrate the advanced achievements of foreign library operation and management,and build a research library that conforms to the characteristics of domestic universities and meets the needs of readers in multiple directions.This article discusses the management mode reform of Harvard University Library,the measures to improve the professional quality of librarians,and the various ways to provide all-round scientific research services and scientific research expansion services for teachers and students in the school,in order to provide reference for domestic university libraries to comprehensively deepen knowledge services.
