摘　　要：“十三五”规划期间,我国的基层图书馆事业得到了前所未有的突破与发展,但仍被建设程式化、服务内容单调等问题困扰。本文围绕ALA和IMLS提出的“社区改造”理念对美日18所基层图书馆进行调研和分析,认为我国图书馆可从聚焦社区需求、关注弱势群体、保护文化记忆、注重跨界合作四方面开展社区环境改善和建设工作。During the 13th Five Year Plan period,the cause of community libraries in China has made an unprecedented breakthrough and development,but it is still plagued by problems such as stylized construction and monotonous service content.Based on the concept of"community transformation"proposed by ALA and IMLS,this paper investigates and analyzes 18 grass-roots libraries in the United States and Japan,and holds that Chinese libraries can carry out community environment improvement and construction from four aspects:focusing on community needs,paying attention to vulnerable groups,protecting cultural memory and paying attention to cross-border cooperation.
