摘 要:采用ADAMS/Car建立仿真模型对麦弗逊独立悬架进行建模,得到已知数据;通过对车轮同步跳动的仿真运动,得到的定位参数不符合设计要求。对不符合要求的定位参数进行优化,利用ADAMS/Insight对运动仿真的图像进行分析。通过正交试验,采用SPSS软件对正交实验数据进行非线性回归,得到各定位参数与硬点之间的拟合函数,利用MOEA/D算法求解多目标优化的最优值,最后将更改的硬点与原先的对比,各定位参数得到优化。This article uses ADAMS/Car to establish a simulation model to model the MacPherson independent suspension.Through modeling of a specific vehicle type,the known data is obtained,and then the positioning parameters obtained by simulating the synchronous movement of the wheels do not meet the requirements of the design.Then optimize the inconsistent positioning parameters,and use ADAMS/Insight to analyze the image of the motion simulation.Through orthogonal experiment,use the SPSS software to perform nonlinear regression on the orthogonal experimental data,and obtain the fitting functions between positioning parameters and hard points.Use the MOEA/D algorithm to solve the optimal value of the multi-objective optimization,and finally compare the changed hard points with the original ones,and the positioning parameters are optimized.
