摘 要:本文分析了板栗贮藏期的物质变化、概述了影响板栗保鲜的主要因素,包括不同品种的耐贮性及贮藏环境等;分析了板栗贮藏保鲜的主要方法,如沙藏法、冷藏法、辐射贮藏法、气调贮藏法及涂膜保鲜贮藏法等,并对板栗贮藏保鲜技术的发展进行了展望,以提高板栗的贮藏效率、节约成本,为板栗产业的标准化建设提供理论支撑。This paper analyzed the physiological changes in the storage period of chinese chestnut,and discussed the main influencing factors of Chinese chestnut,including the storage tolerance of different varieties,and the storage environment factors.At the same time,the main methods of chestnut storage,including sand storage,cold storage,radiation storage,modified atmosphere storage and coating storage were discussed.The development of chestnut storage and preservation technology was proposed,in order to improve the storage efficiency and save the cost,and provide theoretical support for the standardized demonstration construction of chestnut industry in the future.
