摘  要:基于Voronoi方法建立了Custom450钢拉伸的二维晶体塑性模型,分析了初始硬化模量、参考剪切应变率、应变率敏感系数、初始屈服应力以及饱和流动应力对材料应力-应变曲线的影响,并对晶体塑性参数进行了标定。结果表明,晶体塑性本构模型可以较为准确地反映该材料的单轴拉伸行为,相关塑性参数可影响材料的硬化过程和屈服强度,对比拉伸试验结果发现,通过晶体塑性有限元仿真得到的结果与试验结果的误差不超过3%。晶体塑性参数及模型经过标定后,为进一步研究材料在介观尺度上的应变局部化及损伤不均匀性提供了基础。The two-dimensional crystal plastic model of Custom450 steel was established based on Voronoi method.The influence of ini-tial hardening modulus,reference shear strain rate,strain rate sensitivity coefficient,initial yield stress and saturated flow stress on stress-strain curves of material was analyzed,and the crystal plastic parameters were calibrated.The results show that the crystal plastic constitu-tive model can accurately reflect the uniaxial tensile behavior of the material,and relevant plastic parameters can affect the hardening process and yield strength of the material.Compared with the tensile test results,the error between the results obtained by crystal plastic finite element simulation and test results is less than 3%.The calibrated crystal plastic parameters and models provide a basis for further study of strain localization and damage heterogeneity on mesoscopic scale.
